Right to Cancel
- You have the right to cancel your order within 1 day after placing it or if your order has not yet shipped.
- To cancel, please contact us at service@teckwrap.com A 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from your payment if the order is canceled.
Right to Return
We accept returns if the item you received is incorrect or faulty.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at service@teckwrap.com with the following details:
Your order number
- The item you wish to return
- The reason for the return
Incorrect Order Issues
If you notice any discrepancies with your order, such as missing items, please ensure you retain all packaging, including item packaging and poly bags.
To resolve the issue, email us at service@teckwrap.com
with:
- A picture of the shipping label
- A photo of all barcodes on the items you received.
Our team will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Lost Parcels Policy
In the unfortunate event that your parcel is lost or delivered to the wrong address:
If your tracking shows the parcel as delivered but you haven’t received it, check your mailbox, porch, or delivery area.
If you still cannot locate it, contact the shipping courier immediately, file a claim, and provide us with the claim number.
We will initiate a claim with the carrier (DHL, FedEx, or UPS) on your behalf.
Claims for lost parcels are only accepted within 1 month from the delivery date. After this period, shipping carriers will not entertain claims, and we will be unable to assist further.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to unpaid customs fees, the customer will be liable for any additional charges incurred.
