When I received the vinyl I thought there had been a mix-up. It appeared I had gotten a bunch of pastels instead of the regular colors and some had scratches. Turns out it all had a milky white protective layer! The colors are beautiful and rich. I absolutely love this vinyl and already have my cart filled for a second order. Also, make sure you do a test cut! Once your settings are correct it will cut and weed perfectly!!
