Printable heat transfer vinyl (HTV) is a specialized iron on vinyl material designed to be printed using inkjet printers to create full-color, custom graphics for apparel and fabric-based products. Inkjet-compatible printable HTV is the most commonly used for home and small business applications. Unlike standard solid-color HTV, printable heat transfer vinyl allows detailed images, gradients, and text to be transferred onto garments using heat and pressure.
The material is typically printed, cut, weeded, covered with a transfer mask, and applied using a heat press. Printable heat transfer vinyl is widely used on cotton, polyester, and cotton-blend fabrics for custom T-shirts, hoodies, tote bags, and soft home décor. Most printable HTV does not require image mirroring before printing, which simplifies the application process compared to traditional iron on vinyl.
This type of vinyl is commonly used by hobbyists, small businesses, and professional apparel decorators due to its versatility, wash durability, and ability to produce high-resolution designs. Products from manufacturers such as TeckWrap Craft are available in multiple pack sizes, including 15 sheets, 30 sheets, and 60 sheets, as well as value bundle and mini bundle options to support different production volumes.

Color does not stay
I like that is easy to use, and I was very excited to try it, but I have used it many times and the color of the print doesn't stay after washing, even though I have followed the care instructions.

Good Not Great
Weeding was tedious. Transfer feels thick bu I guess sturdy isn’t a bad thing. What I do like is the color of my transfers but that could just be my printer. All in all, I can use to make items that are not needed for quality and continue to order dtf transfers. I don’t hate it.

Great material, hard to get off transfer mask
I have a HTVront auto heat press and no matter the setting for the heat and time as recommended and tested others it was not coming off the transfer mask. I let it cool for like 4 minutes and when I would take it off it would just take the ink with it. Not sure what to do with that but I eventually just took off the sheet without a transfer mask and did it that way. Came out great when I did that.
Prints look very great on it. Only downside is that i have to change default magnetic paper setting on my cameo 5 machine, with default machine did not cut deep enough. Only downside is its price, but its worth it!
Guaranteed to have bubbles. After wasting ink and paper i finally cut a strip of the back paper on the laminate to make this easier but it was just a waste of time. The paper has a good feel but unlike others I’ve used it does not have a strip to peel away before placing on top of your sticker paper so bubbles are created. I will not purchase again for this reason
I used my first two sheets this weekend and they look slick! No bubbles, went on smooth with the transfer tape. Can’t wait to see the reaction this weekend.
