The Method Of Using Puff Vinyl

Step 1: Select Your Design

Tips For Using Puff Vinyl
- You can use 100% cotton, uncoated polyester, and cotton-poly blends with puff vinyl. It will not adhere to nylon or any fabric that can easily get scorched with heat application.
- Prewash your shirt to remove any dirt or contaminants. This helps in strong adhesion. After it has dried completely, preheat it as well for 30 to 40 seconds to remove any traces of moisture.
- Apply a lint roller to your shirt to remove the fuzz or remaining dust.
- Do not make small, intricate designs with puff vinyl because you might lose details when the vinyl rises. It is better to work with big, bold patterns.
