Here’s what you have to do:

• Decide on the design you want for your keychain. You can use the design software compatible with your cutting machine to create or import your design. Ensure that it fits the dimensions of your keychain blank.
• Place the adhesive vinyl on a cutting mat and load it onto your cutting machine. Adjust the settings according to the type of vinyl you are using. We have provided you with instructions in this regard. Make sure the vinyl is cut to the appropriate size for your design.
• Send the design to your cutting machine, and let it cut out the design on the adhesive vinyl. Once the cutting is complete, unload the vinyl from the machine.
• Use the weeding tool that you are most comfortable with to carefully remove the excess vinyl surrounding your design. Take your time to ensure clean edges and remove any small pieces inside letters or intricate details.
• Cut a piece of transfer tape slightly larger than your design. Peel off its backing and carefully place it over your vinyl design. Smooth it down with your fingers or a squeegee, ensuring it adheres well to the vinyl.
• Clean the surface of the acrylic motel keychain blanks with isopropyl alcohol and lint free cloth. A clean surface is very important for best adhesion. 
• Slowly peel away the backing of the adhesive vinyl, making sure the design sticks to the transfer tape. If any parts of the vinyl lift with the backing, press them back down and rub over them to ensure they adhere to the transfer tape.
• Position the transfer tape with the vinyl design onto the acrylic keychain blank. Smooth it down firmly, starting from the center and working your way outwards to avoid air bubbles or wrinkles. Press down on the design to ensure it sticks securely to the keychain blank.
• Carefully peel off the transfer tape, leaving the vinyl design adhered to the keychain blank. If any parts of the design start to lift with the transfer tape, press it down firmly with your fingers.
• Check your keychain for any imperfections or areas that need touch-ups. Clean it up if necessary. You can also add additional decorative elements like charms, rhinestones, or glitter to enhance your design.
• Leave the motel keychain blank in a safe place to cure for at least 24 to 48 hours. This will ensure the vinyl is securely bonded to the blank.
• Once the keychain is fully cured, it's ready to use or gift to someone. Attach it to your keys, bag, or use it as a personalized accessory.
