I did not change my company name or anything and it was not even mentioned, fed ex has to dig everything. I was a loyal customer for you and now either you refund and take the package which ia not even delivered, and just to clear i did not change anything from my end your shipping carrier had to dig and troubleshoot the customers
I often place orders with Teckwrap because I use their products for my small business, but lately they have really made a mess of things. They keep discontinuing products I use regularly, including from this line. It started with 8 colours, and now only 3 are still available.
To make sure I had backups, I placed an order for a mega roll of one of these on the Global site for €160.07. Since it was already out of stock/discontinued, I asked to cancel the order. This was confirmed, but instead of refunding the full amount, I only received €128.27, leaving €31.80 missing. I have been emailing them for over a week now, but my messages are being completely ignored.
They took my money and are now refusing to respond. This feels like scamming customers outright, and it is completely unacceptable. Small mistakes can happen, but not having the product in stock and then failing to fully refund me fot it is beyond unacceptable. It is a real shame, because the products themselves were perfect.

I received a completely different weeding tool than the one shown on the product page. The tool I got is sharp on all sides and painful to hold, the edges of the pen are actually sharper than the knife inside it. It is definitely not safe or comfortable to use.
