Puff Heat Transfer Vinyl (Puff HTV) is a specialized iron-on vinyl that expands and rises when heat is applied, creating a bold 3D, textured, soft-touch finish on fabric. It appears flat before pressing but gradually puffs up under controlled heat and timing, adding noticeable depth and dimension that regular HTV cannot achieve. Made from a polyurethane-based material with a heat-activated expanding agent, it is ideal for bold lettering, logos, and graphic designs. Puff HTV performs best on cotton and polyester fabrics such as t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, hats, and tote bags, and when pressed at lower temperatures around 280°F–300°F for approximately 10–15 seconds, it expands evenly to deliver a durable, raised, and visually striking result.
