Returned Packages: If a package is returned due to unpaid customs fees, the customer will be liable for any additional charges incurred.

Shipping Time:
Standard shipping typically takes 4 to 8 business days, and you will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.

Returns & Cancellation Policy

Right to Cancel:
You have the right to cancel your order within 1 day after placing it or if your order has not yet shipped. Please contact us to confirm the status of your parcel, and we will respond promptly.
Note: A 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from your payment.
Right to Return:
We accept returns if the item you received is incorrect or faulty. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team, providing the following details:
- Your order number
- The item you wish to return
- The reason for the return
Lost Parcels Policy:
In the unfortunate event that your parcel is delivered to the wrong address or lost during transit, please follow these steps:
- If your tracking shows the parcel as delivered but you haven’t received it, check around your mailbox, porch, or delivery area.
- If you still can’t locate the parcel, contact the shipping courier immediately, file a claim, and provide us with the claim number so we can initiate a claim on your behalf with the carrier (e.g., DHL, FedEx, or UPS).
Please note:
- DHL, FedEx, and UPS typically require 15-20 days to resolve lost parcel claims.
- Claims for lost shipments are only accepted within 1 month from the delivery date. After this period, the shipping carriers do not entertain claims, and we will not be able to assist further. Please contact us as soon as possible if you’re unable to locate your parcel.
Incorrect Order Issues Policy:
If there are any discrepancies with your order, such as missing items, please ensure that you retain all packaging, including item packaging and poly bags, before reaching out to us. To resolve the issue:
- Email us at service@teckwrap.com including a picture of the shipping label and a photo of all barcodes on the items you received.
- Our team will forward the issue to the warehouse and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
